1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a WeJoin account, embedding a WeJoin ticket page, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The services we provide
WeJoin gives you tools to organize events: event pages, invitations, RSVPs, ticketing, vouchers, QR check-in, and Stripe Connect payouts. The exact feature set depends on your plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@wejoin.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the event copy, images, attendee data, and voucher inventory you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to deliver the service.
5. Fees and payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Service fees on paid items are deducted from your Stripe payout. Service fees and limits per plan are detailed at /pricing.
6. Intellectual property
The WeJoin platform, brand, and source code are owned by WeJoin BV. Marks, trademarks, and the WeJoin logo are protected — please don't reuse them outside of permitted attribution.
7. Prohibited use
Don't use WeJoin to host illegal events, defraud attendees, evade KYC, send unsolicited spam, scrape user data, or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. Limitation of liability
WeJoin is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Antwerp, except where consumer protection law gives you a stronger right elsewhere.
10. Changes and contact
